How do I login to ChatGPT?

  1. Open a webbrowser and navigate to: https://chat.openai.com/auth/login
  2. Hit the “Sign up” button
  3. On the “Create your account” page, you can either sign up with:
    • An email address
    • A Google account
    • A Microsoft account
  4. Enter your chosen password, which must contain at least 8 characters
  5. Hit “Continue”
  6. If you have signed up with an email address, ChatGPT will send a verification email
  7. Open your email, and click the link inside to get started.
  8. ChatGPT will ask you to provide some information about yourself:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Birthday (in the format MM/DD/YYYY)
  9. Enter this information and then hit “Continue”
  10. ChatGPT will then ask you to verify your phone number
  11. Enter your phone number, and hit “Send code”
  12. When prompted enter the verification code sent to your phone
